- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and executive teams
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and patent intelligence to secure first-mover advantages
- Present technology strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and technology adoption rates
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions for vertical industry applications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML, blockchain, or IoT solutions at enterprise level
- Deep understanding of technology convergence trends and regulatory landscapes
- Executive presence with demonstrated success in presenting complex tech concepts
- Certified in emerging tech domains (e.g., AWS Machine Learning Specialty, Blockchain Council)
- Experience building innovation pipelines in regulated industries (FinTech/HealthTech preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
