Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market trends and business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, decentralized systems)
- Design strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Analyze competitive landscapes and identify disruptive innovation opportunities
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Manage innovation budgets and ROI analysis for experimental projects
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of technological curiosity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in identifying and implementing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or biotech
- Experience developing long-term tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities

- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
