Responsibilities

- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with company vision and industry disruption timelines
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Build relationships with academic institutions and R&D partners to pioneer breakthrough technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Manage technology portfolio investments and ROI forecasting for next-gen initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in futures forecasting and scenario planning
- Certification in technology management (e.g., CTO Academy, Tech Strategy certification)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology transformation initiatives
