You'll drive our innovation pipeline from concept to commercialization while maintaining our competitive edge in an exponentially evolving landscape.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, etc.) and assess market viability
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026+ business objectives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and R&D labs
- Present innovation strategies to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage a $10M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused decision frameworks
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation task force
- Author thought leadership on future technology trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, biotech, AI/ML, or clean energy
- Executive-level presentation skills with experience pitching to C-suite/Boards
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (patents, articles, etc.)
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Fluency in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
