Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the company's 2026 technology roadmap
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Collaborate with product teams to develop patent-pending solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends and assess market disruption potential
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Present strategic visions to investors and board members
- Build and lead a cross-disciplinary innovation lab
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least 3 of: quantum computing, AGI, neurotech, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching successful futuristic products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Experience managing cross-continental R&D teams
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent strategic foresight credential
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and regulatory landscapes
