Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year roadmaps for emerging technologies including quantum AI and neuro interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and researchers
- Identify market opportunities for 2026 technology adoption curves
- Secure strategic partnerships with global research institutions
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite executives and investors
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech innovation
- Drive sustainability integration into all future-tech deployments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- PhD or equivalent in relevant field (preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and future forecasting
- Strong network in Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Ethics)
