Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead discovery of emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, bio-integrated systems) and assess commercial viability
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and technology pioneers
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, thought leadership, and patent development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products in emerging tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotechnology
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical concepts
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and securing stakeholder buy-in
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or futurism
