Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology strategy aligned with emerging trends post-2025

- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and assess market readiness
- Design and validate technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 partners
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and adoption velocity
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor a team of futurists and technical architects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record launching products/services leveraging future-forward technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from foresight organizations) preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology transition initiatives
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
