Qualifications

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of technological convergence patterns
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management
- Published work in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Expertise in stakeholder management across C-suite, academia, and government
