- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for strategic IP positioning
- Present technology forecasts and risk assessments to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D collaboration
- Drive innovation workshops to identify breakthrough opportunities in emerging sectors
- Monitor regulatory changes and ethical implications of next-gen technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in launching futuristic tech products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
