Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections and regulatory frameworks
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum AI integration and carbon-neutral computing systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Conduct horizon-scanning analysis of emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists and foster an innovation culture through hackathons and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML systems at enterprise level (AWS/Azure/GCP certified)
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies with published research or patents
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year technology forecasting projects
- Knowledge of US tech policy landscape and international innovation ecosystems
