- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Drive cultural adoption of future-focused thinking across all departments
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, technology innovation, or futures research
- Proven track record in identifying and scaling emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills for influencing executive teams and diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in technology, business, or futures studies (PhD preferred)
