Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 18-month precision
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum AI, neuromorphic chips, bio-integrated systems) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct horizon scanning of global tech ecosystems and patent landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech practices
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or biotech convergence
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with patent analysis and technology forecasting models
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
