- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into actionable R&D initiatives
- Build strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and innovation frameworks to executive leadership
- Manage innovation pipeline with prioritized portfolio of future-focused projects
- Conduct competitive analysis in nascent technology sectors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching innovative products in fast-evolving markets
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical trends
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CEIM)
