- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI tracking for strategic initiatives
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage R&D partnerships with leading academic and industry labs
- Author thought leadership on technology disruption and future-proofing
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, decentralized systems, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
