You'll influence product roadmaps, secure innovation funding, and mentor teams in cutting-edge domains including quantum computing, neural interfaces, and sustainable AI systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026 technology adoption across 3-5 emerging domains
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis of next-gen innovations
- Develop implementation roadmaps with ROI projections for frontier technologies
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation budgets and vendor partnerships for experimental tech
- Mentor technical teams in emerging tech methodologies and ethical frameworks
- Author thought leadership papers on technology futures and industry disruption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published research on future technology trends or disruption
- Experience managing R&D budgets >$5M
- Strong network with academic and industry innovation leaders
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
