Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps spanning 2026+ horizon, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) for commercial viability and integration potential
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning to anticipate industry disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Collaborate with R&D to accelerate innovation cycles and patent filings

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
