Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging technologies including quantum algorithms and neural network optimization
- Design and conduct advanced experiments with AI/ML systems and quantum computing platforms
- Develop technical roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption in enterprise environments
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research findings into scalable solutions

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 5+ years of research experience
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and quantum computing principles
