Responsibilities
- Lead cutting-edge R&D projects in quantum computing, synthetic biology, and advanced AI systems
- Develop prototype technologies with potential for 5+ year market impact
- Collaborate with MIT, Stanford, and NASA on interdisciplinary research initiatives
- Secure patents and publish in Nature/Science journals
- Translate theoretical concepts into scalable industrial applications
- Mentor PhD fellows in our FutureTech Academy program
- Present findings at Davos, Web Summit, and Global Technology Forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Synthetic Biology, or Advanced AI from Tier-1 institution
- 5+ years of industry research with peer-reviewed publications in top 10% journals
- Expertise in quantum algorithms or CRISPR applications
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
- Track record of securing >$2M in research grants
- Experience with ISO 9001 and FDA innovation protocols
- Fluency in English with ability to present complex concepts to C-suite
