Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Physics with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling research teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Expertise in quantum algorithms or neuromorphic computing
- Successful $10M+ grant acquisition history
- Published 15+ papers in Nature/Science/IEEE journals
- Experience with US DoD or DARPA project management
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
