Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the technology roadmap for the 2026 Project, focusing on AI integration, quantum computing applications, and sustainable tech solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, researchers, and strategists to deliver prototype innovations within aggressive timelines
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders to accelerate technology adoption
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify emerging opportunities and threats
- Present breakthrough concepts to executive stakeholders and investors with compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor junior talent and foster a culture of continuous innovation within the technology division
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with proven experience in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, or sustainable tech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Track record of launching at least two commercialized technology products or research breakthroughs
- Expertise in agile methodologies and rapid prototyping for complex tech systems
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's innovation ecosystem (VCs, labs, enterprises)
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
