- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets across 3+ concurrent future-tech projects
- Represent company at global tech summits and publish thought leadership
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging technology methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling futuristic technologies from prototype to production
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI, or spatial computing
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with peer-reviewed publications
- Experience securing federal/state grants for future-tech initiatives
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting frameworks
- Strong background in ethical AI development and regulatory compliance
