Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals
- Experience with blockchain, AR/VR, or neuromorphic computing
- Strategic planning certification or equivalent expertise
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks
- Strong network in Silicon Valley/Austin tech ecosystems
- PhD or equivalent in CS, Engineering, or Futurism
