Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies including quantum computing, advanced AI, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and deploying next-gen solutions with measurable impact
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Secure partnerships with research institutions and industry leaders
- Present technological vision to C-suite executives and key stakeholders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven experience in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or sustainable tech
- Track record of delivering complex tech projects from concept to commercialization
- PhD or equivalent in relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Physics)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Experience managing budgets >$10M for R&D initiatives
- Prior work with 5+ Fortune 500 companies
