- Architect and execute R&D roadmap for 2026-era technologies including quantum AI and neural interfaces

- Translate theoretical research into viable commercial products with 18-24 month horizons
- Develop patent portfolios and publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals
- Mentor next-generation engineers in emerging technology domains
- Present visionary technology roadmaps to C-suite and investors
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching at least two commercialized AI/quantum products
- Expertise in neural networks, distributed systems, and post-quantum cryptography
- Experience securing $5M+ in government or corporate innovation grants
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
