What you'll do:

Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercial potential
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and bio-integrated systems
- Develop frameworks for ethical technology implementation
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Present quarterly tech forecasts to executive leadership
- Build and mentor a team of future technology specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in venture capital or corporate innovation
- PhD or advanced degree in relevant technical field preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
