- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and deploying disruptive innovations
- Establish strategic partnerships with industry pioneers and academic institutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends with 3-5 year commercial viability
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and internal R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching AI/ML or quantum computing solutions
- Executive experience in tech startups or Fortune 500 innovation labs
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep network within Silicon Valley and Austin tech ecosystems
- Expertise in agile development and rapid prototyping methodologies
