Responsibilities
- Lead strategic roadmaps for next-gen tech adoption across enterprise clients
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 2026+ commercial potential
- Architect scalable solutions integrating AI, blockchain, and IoT ecosystems
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Manage R&D budget allocation for experimental projects
- Mentor cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping and agile methodologies
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record delivering tech roadmaps with 3+ year horizons
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published work in tech journals or industry conferences
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding
