Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field
- 10+ years in emerging tech R&D with proven commercialization success
- Published research in Nature/Science with >500 citations
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or decentralized AI
- Track record of leading teams with $10M+ budgets
- Patent portfolio with 15+ granted innovations
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
