Responsibilities
- Scan global tech landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing MVPs for quantum-encrypted communication systems
- Architect sustainable AI frameworks with embedded ethical governance protocols
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Secure patents for proprietary technologies in neuromorphic computing domains
- Mentor junior researchers in responsible innovation methodologies
- Coordinate with global labs to synchronize development timelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record commercializing at least two breakthrough innovations
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Experience managing $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI >300%
- Strong network with DARPA, NSF, or equivalent research institutions
- PhD in relevant field or equivalent demonstrable expertise
