- Develop innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and scaling breakthrough concepts
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Present technology visions to C-suite stakeholders and investment committees
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy for future innovations
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology R&D with 5+ years in strategic innovation leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced robotics, or synthetic biology
- PhD or equivalent in STEM field with peer-reviewed publications
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Deep understanding of technology convergence and exponential growth patterns
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Published thought leadership in future technologies (e.g., Nature, MIT Tech Review)
