Responsibilities
- Architect and execute strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating disruptive innovations
- Identify and partner with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and innovation proposals to C-suite executives
- Manage R&D budget allocation and resource optimization for future-focused projects

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D with 5+ years in strategic innovation leadership

- Master's degree in relevant field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision making
