- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives with 20+ engineers and scientists
- Develop patent-pending solutions addressing 2026 industry challenges
- Secure $5M+ in venture capital for experimental projects
- Establish ethical guidelines for autonomous systems and AI deployment
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior architects in emerging technology methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in advanced R&D with 5+ years in future-tech architecture
- PhD or MS in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Proven track record of launching 3+ commercialized innovations
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms, neural networks, and distributed systems
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience securing federal grants and private equity funding
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Certified in AI Ethics (IEEE or equivalent)
