Responsibilities
- Lead development of 2026-ready technology roadmaps spanning quantum computing, biometric interfaces, and decentralized networks
- Architect scalable systems integrating AI ethics, climate-positive computing, and neuro-adjacent interfaces
- Partner with research institutions to commercialize breakthrough technologies within 18-month cycles
- Direct prototyping of human-centered solutions for healthcare, energy, and urban mobility sectors
- Establish governance frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum-resistant security protocols
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proof development methodologies
- Present strategic technology forecasts to C-suite and investor stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field with 10+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record deploying production systems using quantum algorithms or neural interfaces
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and climate-positive computing architectures
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) on emerging technologies
- Experience securing $50M+ in innovation funding for future-tech initiatives
- Deep understanding of decentralized networks (Web3, blockchain) and zero-knowledge proofs
- Strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, or equivalent institutions
