Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-resistant security frameworks and AI-driven predictive systems
- Lead R&D initiatives for sustainable tech including carbon-negative computing solutions
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with global sustainability goals
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in emerging tech methodologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies
- Translate complex technical concepts into investor-ready business cases
- Drive innovation sprints for 2026 product launches
Qualifications
- 10+ years in advanced R&D or systems architecture with quantum/AI specialization
- Proven track record launching technologies with 3+ year development cycles
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable technology principles
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong background in patent strategy and intellectual property monetization
- Experience with federal grant applications (DARPA, NSF, DOE)
