Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable frameworks for next-gen AI and quantum computing systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and deploying futuristic solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercial viability
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology integration into existing enterprise ecosystems
- Drive innovation through R&D initiatives and partnerships with academic institutions
- Present technical visions to executive stakeholders and investors
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech trend analysis
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in enterprise architecture or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or distributed systems
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI)
- Experience with technology lifecycle management from concept to commercialization
- Strong background in sustainable tech design principles
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder communication skills
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
