- Develop strategic technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, neurotech) for commercial viability
- Design scalable architecture for future-proof digital ecosystems
- Secure partnerships with academic and industry innovation hubs
- Present technology vision to C-suite and board stakeholders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record in scaling complex systems to production
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight publications
- Experience leading teams of 15+ engineers across global locations
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Physics
- Certification in strategic technology planning (e.g., TOGAF)
