Responsibilities

- Lead R&D initiatives in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and carbon-neutral infrastructure
- Develop proof-of-concepts for autonomous systems and immersive metaverse platforms
- Partner with VCs and startups to identify emerging technologies
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive adoption of blockchain for secure data ecosystems
- Mentor junior engineers in futuristic development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech architecture with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing basics, and distributed systems
- Proven track record of launching scalable future-focused products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on next-gen tech
- Strong background in ethical tech design and sustainable computing
- Experience with metaverse development (Unity/Unreal)
- Certification in quantum programming (IBM/Google) a plus
