Responsibilities
- Architect and implement forward-looking technology roadmaps for 2026+ innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI-driven automation and quantum computing solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present visionary concepts to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Oversee prototyping and pilot programs for next-gen technologies
- Ensure compliance with emerging ethical and regulatory frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven track record in emerging tech
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE/Nature or equivalent tier publications
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Strong background in ethical technology frameworks and governance
- Proficiency in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
