Responsibilities
- Lead strategic R&D initiatives for 2026 product roadmap, focusing on AI ethics and quantum applications
- Architect next-gen tech solutions integrating blockchain, IoT, and neural interfaces
- Partner with C-suite to define 10-year technology vision and investment priorities
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and agile development methodologies
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget and negotiate partnerships with global tech leaders
- Present breakthrough concepts at industry summits and publish whitepapers
- Drive ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech implementation standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging tech leadership with 5+ years in quantum/AI/biotech fields
- Proven track record of shipping 3+ transformative products with $100M+ market impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or demonstrable expertise)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology
- Experience securing government grants and VC funding for frontier technologies
- Published author or keynote speaker at premier tech conferences (e.g., TED, Web Summit)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Portfolio of 2026-focused tech patents or open-source contributions
