Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing/AI or equivalent demonstrated breakthrough research

- Published work in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Expertise in federated learning and blockchain consensus mechanisms
- Proven track record of securing $50M+ in R&D funding
