Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create a comprehensive vision for the next three years, aligning tech innovations with corporate objectives.
- Trend Analysis & Research: Continuously monitor the global tech landscape to identify emerging trends, disruptive technologies, and potential market shifts.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Executive leadership to prioritize initiatives based on ROI, feasibility, and long-term impact.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and alignment across the organization.
- Risk Assessment: Evaluate the risks and opportunities associated with adopting disruptive technologies and propose mitigation strategies.
- Partnerships: Identify and evaluate potential partnerships with startups, universities, and research institutions for future innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Technical Consulting.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies including AI, Machine Learning, Edge Computing, and Quantum Computing.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on technology trends to drive business growth.
- Leadership: Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive execution.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to present complex technical concepts in a clear, persuasive manner.
