- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Sustainable Tech.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical vision with business goals and market opportunities.
- Oversee the architectural design of scalable systems and ensure robust security protocols are in place.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Manage budget allocation for R&D projects and evaluate vendor partnerships for critical technologies.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to stakeholders and non-technical leadership effectively.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or strategic consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures and their practical applications for future enterprise needs.
- Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast technology trends and their impact on the business.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to C-suite executives.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
