- Identify and prototype emerging technologies (GenAI, Quantum Readiness, Spatial UI) before they hit the mainstream market.
- Lead a diverse team of futurists, engineers, and strategists to drive cross-functional projects.
- Conduct rigorous market analysis to anticipate industry shifts and competitive threats.
- Establish and manage partnerships with top-tier tech incubators and academic institutions.
- Prioritize R&D initiatives based on ROI, feasibility, and strategic impact.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Innovation Consulting.
- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of current and upcoming tech trends (e.g., AI Agents, Immersive Web, Edge Computing).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
- Experience managing budgets of $10M+.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
