Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year and beyond.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing) to drive competitive advantage.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate innovative solutions into existing product lines.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to anticipate shifts in the tech landscape and adjust strategy accordingly.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to secure resources and budget for future tech initiatives.
- Build a culture of innovation within the engineering and product teams.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation or future-tech initiatives.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging digital trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
