Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business growth goals.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Readiness) to drive competitive advantage.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate futuristic tech stacks into existing enterprise systems.
- Oversee the development of Proof-of-Concept (PoC) prototypes for next-gen products.
- Manage relationships with key tech partners and thought leaders in the industry.
- Drive innovation metrics and report on the adoption of new technologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; Master’s preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present to C-suite executives.
