Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technology trends expected to mature by 2026, specifically in Generative AI and Quantum Integration.
- Develop and execute long-term R&D roadmaps aligned with the company's 2026 strategic vision.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Oversee the 'Innovation Lab' pilot programs, ensuring rapid prototyping and validation of new tech stacks.
- Assess the ethical implications and security risks of deploying frontier technologies.
- Present findings and strategic proposals to global stakeholders and industry conferences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership.
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and implementing them in enterprise environments.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, Blockchain, and IoT ecosystems.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing high-performance teams in a fast-paced startup or tech giant environment.
