Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic technology roadmap for Project 2026 and associated product lines.
- Identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) and assess their potential impact on our business.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and executive leadership to align on long-term goals.
- Oversee R&D initiatives to ensure they remain at the cutting edge of industry standards.
- Develop intellectual property strategies and guide patent filings for breakthrough technologies.
- Monitor global tech trends and competitor activities to inform strategic pivots.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent extensive experience.
- 10+ years of experience in senior technical leadership, strategy, or R&D management.
- Proven track record of defining long-term product roadmaps and driving innovation.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Deep Tech ecosystems.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
