You will work closely with executive leadership to map out our 2026 roadmap, focusing on AI integration, quantum computing readiness, and sustainable tech solutions.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and lead the execution of the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze global tech trends (e.g., Generative AI, Climate Tech, Space Exploration) to identify actionable opportunities.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee pilot programs and proof-of-concept projects for future technologies.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to C-suite executives and cross-functional teams to secure buy-in.
- Competitive Intelligence: Assess competitor technology stacks and recommend strategic pivots to maintain market dominance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of delivering long-term strategic initiatives and managing large-scale roadmaps.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential enterprise applications.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to present complex data and concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
