Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technological Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for integrating emerging technologies, specifically Generative AI and Quantum Readiness, into our core product lines.
- Lead GenAI Initiatives: Oversee the architecture and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems to drive business value.
- Foster Innovation Ecosystems: Identify and evaluate cutting-edge startups, research papers, and patents relevant to the 2026 technology landscape.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to C-level executives and product teams to secure buy-in for high-risk, high-reward projects.
- R&D Leadership: Mentor a team of engineers and data scientists focused on experimental technologies and proof-of-concept development.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership, with at least 5 years specifically in AI or advanced software development.
- GenAI Expertise: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and the current state of Generative AI.
- Future-Proofing: Proven track record of anticipating technological trends and adapting organizational strategies to meet 2026+ market demands.
- Technical Fluency: Ability to translate technical jargon into business value and vice versa.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
